How do you think being a dad changed you as a person?

Speaking exercise

I think first of all, how to deal with different people will be a big challenge for me. I’m going to be facing a quite different working environment. I’ll have a new boss and a group of new colleagues. I think I can’t achieve any success without a great teamwork. But by now I know little of them. What are their background, what are their habits. Those things are quite unfamiliar to me. (I’m quite unfamiliar with those things) I will try my best to build a good relationship with them as soon as possible. And secondly I think how to improve my fast learning skills will be another challenge to be a qualified CFO. As we know, CFO is a particularly significant role in a company. I need to master diversified (various, diverse) skills or abilities to handle complicated situations. I need to know accounting skills and what is a company strategy and how to operating operate its business and how to improve the sales, so I think it will be truly hard to get all of those skills in a short time. So that can be a big challenge to me.
