E-sport is getting more and more popular in modern society. The influence of the e-sport is increasing. As far as I know, the population e-sport fans is larger than any other sport worldwide. For example China has a large population. Many of Chinese people ove football or basketball, but you know what? The e-sport fan is more than basketball and football. You can’t imagine that even 10 years ago. E-sport get very big improvement these years. And e-sport also is a big market. It is creating many demands for fans, for the consumers. For example, e-sport fans would like to watch the e-sport match, the living match. They would like to pay the tickets. Also, professional equipment for e-sport like mouse, the keyboard. Those demand have formed a very big market which will help the economy of the world to grow. But on the other hand, the e-sport industry is facing some challenges as well. I think the most important is that e-sort has many kind of game, not just one game. Football, basketball, they only have one rule, but e-sport developed with the game industry. Some new gams come, some old games go. The new game instead of the old one. So that means the industry change very quickly so it’s a little difficult for the fans to catch up with the new games sometimes. For me, I love e-sport’s games in PC version but the young people in China love other new games that I’m not familiar with. So maybe I will quit, I’m not a fan anymore. There’s another challenge. I think there should be an Olympic game in e-sport. The e-sport also needs an organization which will be recognized worldwide. That will help to increase the influence of e-sport.
