From my point of view, as long as I really like the job/I love what I do, it will be suitable for me. So I want to be a mental health professional. Nowadays, society is full of competition and pressure. Most people are often trapped/drowning in anxiety and fear. As far as I know, these two emotions affect life, work and relationships directly. After studying psychology and becoming a mental health professional, I can fully understand the causes of this kind of anxiety, which can be avoided completely, so I can achieve a healthy state of mental balance.
Meanwhile, many people are reluctant to wake up and face feeling hopelessness, I can help them to solve/overcome/resolve psychological troubles, overcome psychological barriers, in addition to resolving¬†people’s work, life, study and other problems. The Bible says it is more blessed to give than to receive.

2.What kind of lifestyle do you live now?

I hold fast to/swear by a minimalist lifestyle, which means minimizing my possessions and desires, cutting down on shallow social relationships and concentrating all my energy on things that are really valuable and meaningful.

According to Buddhist beliefs, everything is impermanent and that people’s obsession towards owning things is the cause of suffering. “So Buddhism advocates a similar principle to minimalism because everything is changing and you can’t hold on to possessions,”

I used to spend lots of money/splurge a lot¬†buying fashionable clothing, hoping to win/seek people’s recognition and attention. But at that moment I felt that I had just bought a bunch of useless rubbish/junk. Since then, I have been striving¬†to be more of a minimalist.

What do you think we need to read?

All of us should recognise the importance of reading. Great books make it possible for us to get inside the minds of the best thinkers. We can also gain a basic understanding of our lives, our values and significance to strengthen our abilities. Only then, are we able to explore the world and build our own lives according to our own talents, interests, hopes and dreams.

Secondly, reading can help us better adapt to the world. The benefits that we can reap from reading are how it influences our thoughts, encourages individual creativity, and spurs innovation.
Finally, reading is the most cost-effective and economical way to improve general intelligence. We are about to face an era full of uncertainty, and instability. Reading can help us to overcome obstacles and help us to understand. It is a tool for us to survive and improve our competitiveness well into the future.

15.What role do you think literary works play in our lives?
Literary works play an important role in our life. The highest value of literary works is that the authors embody their deep emotions and psychological thinking to nature, life, arts, society, history and universe in their works. They can broaden our horizons and help us experience a kind of life which we cannot have in real life. They help us see the things which we tend to ignore in our daily life.

14.What do you prefer to read—poems, novels or plays?
Different people read literary works for different reasons and purposes because of their
different backgrounds, tastes, experiences and educational background.
As for me,I prefer to read novels.Although Novels can’t help us solve practical problems in life, but they are just like a mirror of our lives. Ordinary people may not see some essence of life clearly like me , while artists have a strong sense of perception and expression. They can let us see the world and human hearts through their eyes. Through this process, we can understand the real world and ourselves, so as to make the right decision for themselves.
Meanwhile,novels are more interesting and easier to read probably because novels usually have plots. They can take readers to meet people and experience life in many different ways. That’s why I prefer to read novels.

    Speaking

1.What qualities do you think one should possess to survive tough times?

First, it’s important to have a positive mind. People should see the future with unlimited¬†possibilities, then everything will turn out well. If we see the situation with unlimited possibilities, we¬†will have the courage to try and therefore survive through tough times.¬†For example,¬†due to ¬†the¬†coronavirus, many people¬†are facing unemployment.¬†During the harsh time, if they possess a positive mind, they can build up new skills and learn new things in order to grasp new opportunities which might open new doors.¬†

Also, ¬†people should accept failure in time of difficulty.¬†There is an old saying that “failure is the mother of success”, which means that people will learn from failure and make preparation for the success. We must learn from our mistakes in order to improve. For example, for young students, they learn how to solve the math problems by erasing the wrong answers again and again, until they get it right. No one is perfect, we must accept failure and criticisms, in order to learn from them.¬†

To conclude, there are tough times for everyone, but it’s important to have a positive mind and to be able to accept failure in difficult times. Nothings comes easy, we can only try harder.

    Writing

    1.Fame‚ÄĒ‚ÄĒGood or Evil?
    The advantages of being famous
    Disadvantages
    My attitude towards fame

Fame can allow individuals to¬†gain the admiration¬†and¬†more respect from society. It also provides the¬†person with¬†spiritual satisfaction and pleasure.¬†Nevertheless, when you chase after fame, you can’t escape the¬†lure¬†of¬†fame¬†and¬†its¬†promise¬†of¬†endless¬†admiration, there¬†is¬†a¬†heavy¬†price¬†one¬†must¬†pay¬†for¬†it. You must establish a good reputation and maintain positive relationships with¬†others. In my view/opinion, fame can be a double-edged sword.

    2. My Career Choice
The kind of job I prefer
Factors you consider when choosing a job

    Conclusion

I want to be a freelancer in the future. To be honest, it‚Äôs difficult for people to choose a career. The salary and my¬†interests are all my important¬†factors when choosing¬†my career.¬†I believe that ideally, it’s best for us to get¬†a job that¬†provides us with a good salary and also¬†fulfills my passion/interests. However, being¬†interested¬†in the job is more important. If I choose a¬†job with¬†a¬†good salary and I am not¬†fond of it, I will upset/depressed¬†and I don‚Äôt have¬†the¬†faith to¬†perform well. On the other hand, if we get¬†a¬†job that¬†pays well, maybe we¬†will feel¬†motivated to do the job because we¬†are satisfied with the pay.¬†We would¬†become more¬†self-confident and have more¬†self-worth.¬†In my point-of-view,¬†being interested is¬†more important. But, whether we like¬†our future¬†job or not, we should¬†first,¬†cultivate¬†the passion¬†we have¬†for¬†our career-choice when we are certain with what¬†we will do in the¬†future.

    3.Healthy Lifestyles
(Your understanding of a healthy lifestyle„ÄĀThe advantages of living a healthy lifestyle
And Ways to develop a healthy lifestyle)

From my perspective, a healthy lifestyle not only refers to a balanced diet and regular timetable in daily life, but also having a simple and positive mind on a spiritual level. To some extent, the latter is more important even though the two are complementary. Because humans are always worried about the impact of everything in the world so it affects their mood and regular lives.
So how do we develop a healthy lifestyle? Firstly, we should eliminate ideas that are not important. We’re left with the essentials. Next, focus on your main purpose and re-use what you already own. These two ways aim to simplify your life and concentrate on what you really need, I think the next step such as getting sufficient rest and having a balanced diet take place successfully when you acquire a healthy mind.

I want to show a interesting event mariketing in exhibiton. Nine decades have passed by since Maotai liquor was awarded the glod medal of Panama Pacific International Exposition, which excited generations of Chinese.

In a word, though this interesting event I introduce happened a long time ago and couldn’t be repeated at the cuttent exhibition, there is much to learn. From this case, We can see that the exhibition design and the effect of surprise event marketing combination, both harmonising promotion, unified use, system, fully implement and consumer contact and communication, let the consumer to understand the product,by means of exhibitions and events at the same time, the effect of the combination of these can through the news media spread to a wide range, producing a wide range of publicity. Moreover, it’s important for exhibiors to be able to make sales in the stand, not just obtain leads in exhibition and a key element to exhibiting sales success is exhibitor’s literature strategy: how to use brochures, fliers, and sales collateral at your show. And creative strategy of advertising is suitable for the theme of exhibition.
