Our company salary structure is that we have 30 month salary every year. And the 13th month salary will be paid at the end of every year. It is guaranteed.

We also have 3 month basic salary for your annual bonus but it depends on your invidivual performance.

Every year you need to do a perf evaluation with your boss. If your evaluation can match the targets that were given at the end of the year, you can get the whole annual bonus.

If you are on target, you can get the bonus.

If you are not on your target you can only get part of it. 

If the company’s achievement is over the target we can get a bigger bonus than the company promised you.

Because the budget of the bonus is completed at the end of the year if you are outstanding you can get a bigger bonus than the others but that wont be a big amount. If you are outstanding you will have a promotion instead.

We will pay the monthly salary on the 25th every month. If the day falls on a weekend then we will pay on the last working day before the 25th.

Every month the company provides a phone allowance for every employee. You can get it from the finance department, You need to provide your phone invoice to the financial department then they will give you the phone allowance.
