Observations: Be cautious of using extreme words like “groupie” and “chain smoker/drinker” to describe yourself. Alternatives like “big fan” and “social drinker” are more applicable in a social setting.

Three things to focus on in the following classes:

1. Building grammar skills organically to encourage retention
2. Learning more English vocabulary that is relevant to the workplace
3. Confidence and self expression through conversational skills
