These days I like HiTea. It is very hot in Shanghai and there is a HiTea shop near my office, it’s on the first floor of the market. So I want to buy a milk tea from HiTea and there are always a lot of people there. I don’t have the time to line up behind all these people. My favourite order is milk tea with pearl, normal sugar and less ice. I think the taste is ok because I like sweet food.

When I worked in General Mills, I joined a program about sales incentive. In that program, I collected the sales data, calculated the new sales incentives according to the new policy, designed sales incentive approval process and worked with our vendor to establish our sales incentive system. I learned a lot from that program and I am proud of myself.
