There is a video of the five-star hotel that shows the housekeeping in China using bathroom towels to clean the toilet. There was also a test where an undercover guest stayed at a five-star hotel and checked out after one night’s stay, only to check back in the next day and request for the same room. After using a fluorescent light, he discovered that the bedding was not changed from the day before. This is quite common in China, so I feel safer to bring my own towels from home for my son.
