Mark’s New Years Resolutions:

1. Keep improving English
2. Change my hukou to Taichang (Suzhou)

I already bought a house in Suzhou and its 25 kilometres away from my house in Shanghai. I bought this house in case my daughter cannot get into a good school or university in Shanghai.

Mark’s career advice:

1. Be organised: have a plan even by a week, month or year to stay on track.
2. Identify the problem first: Think deeper and understand the problem first, try to come up with a solution before asking for help.
