A: The jobs that I have haven’t been very boring, but one point I believe is boring is because I always have to stay in the office.

Higher up positions are always taken by Japanese
The company prefers to hire Japanese people
Although overtime is common in Chinese companies, overtime in Japanese companies is worse.
