A lot of people think job in Unionpay is lucky but the working condition is are not very flexible. My dream job is being a professor at a university but I give up because I don’t like doing research. I like to teach and teach knowledge to my students but I don’t like to collect knowledge to get a consultation. Also it is very competitive and I can’t accept job in developer province, but even though they lack teachers in developing provinces. If I work in a company compared to working in a university, it will take at least 10-20 years till become a famous professor. If you’re not a popular professor other universities will not want  you. My major is History and there are only 5 universities in Shanghai with this department. If money is not problem, I would go to live in Japan. Maybe other Western societies would be too difficult and different but I feel that Japan is huge and modern with good environment for everbody. I hope to work in any developing country because I like to be challenges and not be so easy.

Revised and Upgraded:

Many people think that I’m very lucky working in a state-owned company like UnionPay, but actually the working conditions are not very flexible. My dream job was to become a university professor, but I discovered that I prefer to teach over doing research. The university industry is very competitive, especially in my major of History; there are only 5 universities in Shanghai with this department. Because I was born in Shanghai, I don’t wish to work in second or third-tier cities, despite their high demand for professors. The average career path for a university professor can span at least 10-20 years; if you’re not an established professor, it would be hard to secure employment in the future. If money is no issue, I would want to live in Japan. Other Western cultures may be too difficult and different for me to adapt to, but I feel that Japan is an advanced society, but technologically and environmentally. In the future, I hope to work a variety of developing countries as I enjoy challenges and being out of my comfort zone.
