Writing 1: to write to brands about the mistake or product problem

Hi xxx,

Hope you have a nice week.

I have some problems about the products we received yesterday.

First, I ordered the clothes “abc” for the size M, but it’s L when I received.

Then, another clothe “sgd” I ordered, it was broken, I’ll send you the pic. about it.

These are the 2 problems, please help to check about it.

I have received the products yesterday and I noticed two problems:
1. The size for “abc” is incorrect. I ordered size M, but received size L. (please see attachment 1)
2. “sgd” was ripped when I received it (please see attachment 2)

If it is convenient for you, it would be lovely if you could help me resolve the problems by the end of this week (if Monday)/ by the beginning of next week (at the end of the week).

Tips: 

1.  when there are more than 1 problems, make a list for clarification 

2. always ask for a deadline of reply so that the other person will not ignore your email
