Vocabulary

Hire – give someone a job
I.e. I want to hire two people for my new boutique.

Own up to/for a mistake – take responsibility for a mistake
i.e. You should own up to/for your own mistakes.

Nepotism – to hire someone based on personal relations
i.e. Me hiring my brother is an act of nepotism.

Divide and conquer – 分工协作
I.e. My mom and dad divide and conquer the movie industry.
