Step two is analyze the consumer behavior, like the target like to do sth. they want sth.

The step three is analyze competitors data, to study the competitors media shape. Like they did more tv advertisement than digital advertisement

The last step is you need to provide media opportunity and provide new program to select.

Step three is to analyze competitors data, to study the competitors media presence and spending. Like if they did more tv advertisements than digital advertisements. (Or print ads, newpaper magazine, outdoor billboard or poster)

The last step is you need to provide media opportunities and provide new ideas for clients to choose from.
