It’s been a long time I haven’t wrote homework. Maybe I have a little lazy.
Today’s writing is about our team’s activity. We called team building, short for TB. I am the organizer who chosen by boss.
When I organizing the TB, I give 4 provinces about 8 opinion locations for colleagues to choose. Include some place nearby Shanghai, and some place we need take 2 hours train. The farthest location is Xiamen which is the most popular place among us. But if we going to Xiamen, we may out of budget. So I asked If we take 500RMB by ourselves is that ok? All people are agree that, because Xiamen is a nice place and 500RMB is not too much. In that case, there only leave one colleague can’t agree that, she didn’t want to pay any money.
Sometimes when you want to organize a good party, there always have less people standing against. You can’t get perfect. It’s hard for the organizer’s work. So until now, I just gave them 2 options, you can in or you can out. Maybe I didn’t suitable for this PR work.
