not far = near
eg: My new work is not far, it is near my home. It’s just 1km from my home.
not near = far
eg: My hometown is not near Shanghai. It is far from Shanghai. It is 3 hours on a high speed train.
If you give me the correct (adj.) thing to say, I will say it too.
Yolanda: I am not rest.
Tony: You should say, I could not rest.
Yolanda: I could not rest. / I couldn’t rest.
If I say the wrong thing please correct (V.)me.
focused on – thinking very deeply and only about one thing
eg: I’m really focused on yoga.
eg: Recently I’ve been very focused on yoga.
