eg: This pose will stretch your glutes and thighs.

How do you do the Chair pose?

To do the chair pose: Raise arms up, and reach through fingers, Sit down back as if sitting through chair. Ran hou shift weight toward heels. lengthen up torso

Start in mountain pose. Raise arms , and reach up through fingers, Sit down and back as if sitting into a chair. Shift weight toward heels. Lengthen up torso.

What are the benefits? of the chair pose?

The benefits are: This standing pose strengthens legs, upper back and shoulders. (you’ll feel the burn)
