Use some of the vocabulary from today in some writing. Choose a topic that lets you use the words we learned.

come – someone move to this location. HERE.

eg: They are coming to Shanghai.

Go – someone move to another location. NOT HERE.

eg: We are going to Beijing.

Can I ask you a question? – to ask a difficult or maybe uncommon question

eg: Can I ask you a question? Do you believe in God?

eg: Can I ask you a question? How much is your salary?

Can I ask you a [ personal/private ] question? – about personal life, money, romantic relationship, health problems

eg: Are you married?

eg: How old are you?

eg: How many girlfriends do you have? (Guesses they have more than one)

roller skates – Shoes with 4 wheels, like a car

eg: I’ve never been roller skating.

inline skates – shoes with 4 wheels, like a bike

eg: Inline skates were invented in 1985, maybe.

caster – a kind of wheel

eg: Just call them wheels, not casters.
