My name is Allan. now I work in DHL. I focus on learning and people development.
Training is one function of my team. In my team we have 4 functions. training, people development, internal communication and employee engagement.

For this function. we will have a lot of talent programs. We will recruit management trainees and propose their training and implementation their plan. High potential the success of C-2 because they are the subordinates of the CEO .

the employee engagement is from our annual EOS survey. We do it every year. After the employees did the survey we will get a report in system. Maybe it will be very easy for us to find what they want to do and their feelings, After that we will work out an annual plan to improve the employees opinions. Most is focused on the staff activities. We organize staff salons and staff clubs. In our company everyone can join clubs.  Our company will provide 500 for each member every year so the chairman has the right to use this money.

The annual EOS survey is the source of the employee engagement / The employee engagement is mostly based on the data we get from the annual EOS survey.
After the employees complete the survey we will get a report from the system. It makes things very easy for us as we can find what they want to do and their feelings. Next, we will work out an annual plan to improve the employees satisfaction/engagement. Most is focused on the staff activities. We organize staff salons and staff clubs. In our company everyone can join 1 or 2 clubs / clubs are open to everyone in our company.  we will sponsor 500 CNY  for each member every year and  the chairman has the right to use this money as he sees fit.

as you know the score of the EOS survey is not very good. So we have made a plan to improve the satisfaction of our employees in the next year.
The plan will have 3 periods.

The first 3 months are the first period, We will focus on the environment of our office. Because the air condition off our office is not comfortable, we will contact with our office admin to change some new air condition to make the temperature at right.

On the second period, we will improve the communication in our company because our employee has less opportunities to talk with our management team. Usually they know what happen in the company so the communication from top to down is very important to us. We will organize some towmhall meetings to increase the satisfactory rate for this part.

We will do a survey to know our salary level in the market. Based on the result we will work out a plan to decide the increasing rate of the salary.

So I believe that the satisfaction rate will increase 20% after this plan.
