I am Fran and I work in advertising agency. We were colleagues before.
I come here to improve English, ,most of my clients speak English so I need to improve it then I can get more clients and more advanced jobs.

I think the biggest issue is the amount of words because I am a lazy person so when I get off the work I just want to lay on the sofa . we have the classes now so after work I come here and improve practice and when go home I need to review it and sometimes I have more interest in learning English so I think this is the biggest issue and the way to fix it.
I think you just need to study hard during this period when you get these skills the meetings the clients will be easier then I will become lazy after.
I have a passion for beautiful clothes buying and the delicious food and traveling. It needs so much money.
Actually I think I have interest in my job because when you analysis the industry new client you have passion on it and if the result is very good you will be very happy.

We mostly advertise on  social media and digital platforms and I worked for online agencies before/ I have had experience in online agencies but I think the industry is changing / is evolving most of the online advertising changed to / switched to/ transferred to social media and digital. Online advertising is mostly social media and digital now.
The consumer habits have changed.
I think the biggest issue is my vocabulary because I am a lazy person so when I get off work I just want to lay on the sofa. We have the classes now so after work I come here and practice /learn  English and when go home I need to review the class and this way/ in this way I have more interest/motivation in learning English so I think my biggest issue is laziness and the way to fix it is to get more motivation / develop a passion.
I think you just need to study hard during a period and when/once you get these skills the meetings the clients will be easier/go smoother then I can become lazy again / I can go back to my lazy ways.
I have a passion for beautiful clothes (buying), I love delicious food/ I am a foodie and I am into traveling. It costs so much money. / it can quickly become an expensive hobby / it can amount to a lot of money
Actually I think I have interest / I am interested in my job because when you analyze the industry for a new client you feel passionate about it and if the result is very good you will be very happy / it will be very rewarding.
