our company have arbitration case so I need follow up the case and I need to provide a lot of evidence to the arbitration tribunal. even though we have external law firm I still have a lot of work to do, I need deliver the info.

law firm they have evidence or ideas and I need to communicate to our GM or other business departments. busy always work.
Last week or further week I always work 13h a day. Maybe more. One day maybe 15 so it is busy. and that time I feel very stressed and feel a lot of pressure and don’t want to work. I told my boss I want to quit. He said he understands me but he think I feel stressed and this maybe make me improved. if you feel comfortable maybe you will not change so I think it is sounds right; I think I need do the management of time because sometimes I feel pressure because a lot of things not need to do and maybe some things are important some things are less important I need order them it will feel better. This time really learning a lot of things. I joined in my company last august and this is the first time in pharmaceutical industry and this industry is special and their complains are legal things it is very sensitive. Somethings / laws / regulations I don’t know before and the business model I am not understand clearly and according to this arbitration case and other maybe some agreements I think I learn more things than before. I obtain a lot of experience. it is good for me. Just like my boss said, some pressure/ it make you better. I need be strong.
It is difficult to say I like it but it is really special and you can learn a lot of new things。 it is different from other industries and this industry be needed for all the people because everyone will sick and I as a job it is a good choice but it is also a lot of challenge but maybe in my career I think work in Pharma is good. this industry profit is good than most industry.

my formal company is local and I feel freedom and easy to communicate because most of the colleagues are Chinese. It is easy to communicate were have the similar thinking way. it is easy to communicate but in Japanese companies it is challenge for me. the Japanese very detail oriented. one thing need long time confirm again and again. It is good but it really takes time. it is has good sides and bad sides.

Maybe in US or Europe company it is better than Japanese.

There are laws / regulations I didn’t know/learned about and the I still don’t totally understand business model.
