I cannot feel that I improved but you can see the profile. The level is high but I am not feel that. I am working in an international company. This company is work for the office furniture and I am responsible for sofa and kind of coffee tables. loose furnitures. I have been in this company more than 7 years.
Actually I feel that English is my weakness because of managers from different countries. India, Australia , US. the accent of him is not really like other Indians but sometimes in the conference calls I can’t understand the everything so that is my problem to go higher level in this company.

That is why I am here. but I feel for the listening capability it is better than before but the other English because at work I have to do presentation. I need to train some salespeople how to install this product or deliver the product info. I always feel nervous when I stand in front of them so I want to improve this part of English and go higher level in this company.
When I talk with some foreigners if just one person face to face is ok but when I stand in front all of them I am frightened if they ask a question I cannot answer. The content I am confident but if they ask some questions that maybe I can’t understand or I am not prepare I am frightened. because my boss and management and even the vp all of them listen what I said and probably ask me questions.
