I seldom have a class at night.
Usually after lunch and afternoon.
After lunch if I have a class I don’t need to go back to office. I Can come here directly after lunch. So it can save some time.
It takes maybe 10 minutes on foot.
I live in… everyday I take subway at Milan lake station. this is the first station of line seven. before I take subway I drive 10 km from my apartment to Milan lake subway station so my apartment is located in the north of Meilan lake.
it takes too long and I can’t afford the parking fee.

I bought this apartment in 2012 or 2013, I don’t remember. Maybe 2012 I made a decision. the reason I chose this apartment was the money. I only had a little money, I just can’t afford of the price of this apartment because it was a little low than other area’s apartment. If you. bought an apartment maybe you don’t need to work anymore.
If I have 2 or more I just need to collect the rent.
Some apartments have a very high rental price. Maybe some have lower price. it depends on what kind of room you rent.
Maybe the government or companies they invest their money into into property market because our stock market is terrible. You can’t make money from the stock money. It isn’t a natural stock market.
Many fake data are around the stock market. Nobody you don’t have any useful information you just get useless info.
Companies make up their financial documents and our stock market is closed to the global stock market. No connections. Or lack of connections.
Many famous Chinese companies they IPO in American stock market or in HK. More truth.
