The scene is taken/shot in a restaurant and the lady wanted to order a drink and the waiter asked if Pepsi is ok.
A middle aged guy sitting behind her got pretty mad, he said Pepsi is better than ok.
He tried to describe that ok is the word only for average/ ok is only average . ok has an average connotation.
So in the end she changed her sentence to I want to have a Pepsi.

I guess in the US market. The Coca Cola is first priority for customers and Pepsi wants to challenge Coca Cola. That is is not an alternative and also wants to remind customer of Pepsi is better quality and better than Coca Cola.
The guy said it is more than ok.

It is very true that most of them have some bad breath and it is related to what they eat and their habit, how they brush their teeth. So it is good to mention about breath and story tell that it can fix your smell.
