I am working in an environmental protection company for 2 years and state owned enterprise for 8 years. so I want to go a different industry, so I chose your company.
My duties are responsible for companies HR management, including HR management planning. recruitment, conversation, performance and labour relation, training and so on.
I do well in establishing conversation system and hr systems. I had completed the design of conversation systems and formulation of HR rules and regulations.
I think this is the biggest challenge for me to communicate with foreign employees. The thinking of those people are different between Chinese and foreigners. But I am willing to face this challenge.

And I am actually taking English classes at the moment to improve my language skills but also to have a better cultural understanding. So overall I believe that as time goes by I will be more and more efficient in this role.

I graduated from Tonji Uni in 2012 after that I went to my first company as an HR executive and stayed there for 4 years. In state owned enterprises it is difficult to me to improve my position so I entered a new company and I have been there for 2 years now. I am responsible for the development of overall the HR management.

It’s quite funny actually, I graduated from Tonji uni with a bachelor in Engineering management but in my first job as an intern the HR manager got pregnant and the company asked me to replace her. I really liked it and the director found that I was good at it. He recommended me to another company and that is how I started my career in HR.
I took a position as an HR executive in a state owned firm and I stayed there for 4 years. During that time I designed from the ground up a whole salary structure and training program for employees. After a while I felt that I was ready for a new challenge and I moved to an environmental protection firm…
