A lot of managers coming the industry don’t have industry knowledge so we try to convince him to join us again and they maybe offer the one the global vertical head . but they think I am not happy because he left the company and now they give him a better position so they call me to check with me.

Happy Michael is back : we used to work together / he knows the business / he works very efficiently

Ask clarification for the future ? I am worried for the team, they want to know who the leader is.

Focus on what is good for the company : right now I can work with the Chinese / Korean / Japanese team efficiently …

Thank you for coaching me in the past 2 years. I learnt a lot from you ,and you are standing as an example of a true leader in our organization. (This year has been very tough for all of us) but you have always put your staff’s needs and goals ahead of your own, and we all appreciate you for it (and we will all miss you.)
It is really hard to write a farewell letter, so I will keep it short.

sometimes you need to join the new team and I already been a manager role it is hard. When you selected the new carrier path you should select manager but it is hard because you don’t have the team and it didn’t belong to you.

sometimes you need to join the new team and I already have been the manager / in a manager role… it is hard. When you select/choose a new carrier path you should start as a manager but it is hard because you need to build a team and it doesn’t belong to you.
