discussed feminism and the change in the society

I just plan to have a holiday with my family and Chinese new year means that people should gather together to celebrate this festival so the first day of the new year we will spend with our relatives from my father. We will have a dinner and the second of the festival we will go to my house of my grandpa from my mother and the next few days actually I don’t have any plan.
In Chinese common sense we think the father’s side is more important than mother’s side because in Chinese history man is the most important character in the family

I think the position of women is changing.It is going up because you see the couples in China the wife tends to have more authority in this family and the husband tends to be afraid of the wife. It is not like in the past men don’t care too much about wife.

It is becoming common in China it is thanks to the media and women rights is going up and we have more power to say what we want to say and do what we want to do.
We don’t like in the past especially the previous generation they always hide their emotions.

most of my girl friends we saw a lot.

I think it depends on 2 reasons, Shanghai is the most developed city in China so the pace of the city is fast and the thinking is not traditional.
For Shanghai people they think the women have the same rights as men. I think it is affected by the previous generation.
It is an example of the younger people so they think what the mother and father did is right and will follow this way to continue.

Young people tend to copy their parents and things get better and better.
