I usually go to the gym twice one week.
I like cooking meat, noodles. I prepare my daily meals
I come from in the north, Henan, so I very like to eat noodles. but because I now I going to the gym so don’t eat so much.
Now I eat some sweet potato and chicken, fish.
My company have many Koreans  and I like traveling so I want to study English and to travel more.
I want to go to New Zealand and Thailand and many places I haven’t have never visited.
I like Xiamen, it have sea, I like to eat their seafood.

Everyday , I wake up at 7 o’clock, But i usually get up around 7:20. then I change the water and food for my cat .I often prepare lunch in the morning because i have to bring the meal to the company. To save time,Breakfast is usually very simple, two slices of bread , one cup of milk or two eggs. At 8:00 , I start to brush my teeth and wash my face, Then change my clothes and start to make up, at 8:30 , I will go out and walk the dog for about 20 minutes. After going home,I pack things and go to work, I leave the house at 9:00 and go to the company by bus ，when i start working, it means a busy day begins

Yesterday，It was windy, I woke up when the alarm sounded at 7 o’clock. When i got up ,It was already 7:20. I changed the water and food for my cat first, Then I started to prepare lunch because i have to bring the meal to the company. I ate two boiled eggs for breakfast. At 8:00 ,I started to brush my teeth and wash my face, Then changed my clothes and started to make up . At 8:30 , I put on my coat and went out to walk the dog. It was cold outside . After going home,I didn’t want to go out at all, I left the house at 9:00 The bus arrived late,I was almost late.
when I Started woking ,I really wanted to go home to sleep.
