The progress of the case
·           9月10日 上海仲裁委向A&Z进行告知，10月16日全天将展开SMC案的第二次庭审（上午审理1151案，下午审理0012案）；
·           September 10th,Shanghai Arbitration Commission(SHAC)informed A&Z that SMC case will be hold the second count hearing on October 16th all day which case 1151 will be heard at its morning and case 0012 will be heard at its afternoon.
·           9月16日  A&Z计划增加一名律师（顾妍旻）作为SMC仲裁案件的委托代理人.LA经与风险管理室总经理确认后告知A&Z,DSSH同意该授权事项；
September 16th,A&Z plan to add a lawyer(顾妍旻)as the entrusted agent of SMC case.LA informed A&Z that DSSH agree this entrust matter according to the conformation with Risk Management Office GM.

·           9月18日 上海仲裁委对A&Z于9月16日发出的“变更被保全财产申请书”提出修改要求。A&Z根据上海仲裁委的要求对申请完成修改后，于9月18日重新递交。后续情况待跟进。
September 18th, SHAC proposed some modified requests to the Application for Changing the Preserved Property which has been submitted by A&Z on September 16th. A&Z modified the application according to SHAC’s request and submitted it on September 18th again。the follow-up situation needed to be following up.

The progress of the case

September 10th, Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC) informed A&Z that the SMC case’s  second court hearing will be held on October 16th, all day. Case 1151 will be heard in the morning and case 0012 will be heard in the afternoon.

September 16th, A&Z plans to add a lawyer(顾妍旻) as the entrusted agent of the SMC case. LA informed A&Z that DSSH agrees to entrust this matter, according to the conformation with the Risk Management Office GM.

The current situation

September 18th, SHAC proposed some modified requests to the Application for Changing the Preserved Property which has been submitted by A&Z on September 16th. A&Z modified the application according to SHAC’s request and submitted it on September 18th again. LA will follow-up with the situation as it develops / required / presumed.
