Last week the whole finance team hold an annual meeting in Wuxi on the mountain, then we had two days meeting and during the meeting I had session that I will present my topic to the whole finance team, then you know because my topic is a little bit too focused on the business it’self so some of the people do not work in accounting and I try my best to make it more interesting. I try to make it interesting, not very boring. The result is very good, for my self or for other peers  they expressed their appreciation and their compliments. One of the comments is that, “hey Michelle you made the presentation very attractive and explain the basic concept in different ways.” any my manager said you looks like you are a CFO. Because I’m always think myself is very not quite open. Because during the communication with different people, different characters, different thinking ways we have very open minded and it can make the communication more smooth. And we have to think at the point of other people. In my work experience don’t quite often happen, because I always working in international company so people have been used to work with people from different cultures. Not only within china but also from the world.
