F2F Class Notes (Samara)[S]

This class is my last class, I am appreciate all SE teachers for talking with me like truly friends. I am waiting for next study time.

Recently, I want to give up my advertising career to be a housewife. After I graduate from university, I was not stop my working experience. During I changed my job I never stopped. When I thinking this idea, I lost myself. If I quit, what can I do? I have no source of income,  just rely on my husband. That would be increase his working pressure especially my family is not rich now. I want to spend more time on my son. 

It’s important time to standard my son’s study behavior. Now we let parents to take care of my son. It’s hard for them. 

When I stay at home, I can do some part time job, but I am afraid I will lost my communication. My husband says that is ok, because he don’t want me too tired.

Not even my annual leave, I kept working during holidays and breaks, and now I am still in advertising industry. Even after I changed my job I never took leave. When I thinking this idea, I lost myself. If I quit, what can I do? I have no source of income, I would have to just rely on my husband. That would be an increase his working pressure especially because my family is not rich yet. I want to spend more time on my son.

It’s an important time to standardize my son’s study behavior. Now we let my parents to take care of my son. It’s hard for them.

If I stay at home, I can do some part time job, but I am afraid I will lose my connections. My husband says he supports me to quit my job, because he don’t want me too tired and he wants me to be there for our son.

I think in in China, they have many things you can’t explain that. Yesterday when I read this story, I feel like my arms cold. I think they story describe to old people the neighbor find the smelling some special smelling and they called the policeman. then they find like blood on the ground and some body on the fridge. It’s like I have the image in my mind.

Grammar

Prevent: to get away, to stop something before it happens
ex: “How can I be afraid if I cannot prevent it? ”
ex: I bought some food to prevent from getting hungry.
Creep ___ out: You feel danger but there is no danger. You feel uncomfortable. You feel nervous.
ex: I read an article about a monster it made me uncomfortable and it creeped me out.
