Now currently I am a marketer at Inns free skincare Korean company. I am in charge of retail marketing. It includes customer experience journey design and content creation. Such as video clips, very visual, or advertisement at the store. I have a degree bachelors of in Chinese and International trade, but all of sudden I stumbled upon a marketing opportunity I got a job offer at Innis Free as a marketer. I didn’t mean to be a marketer, when I was young I wanted to work in the trade industry, that’s my background. Especially in China, industry change is so fast/rapid so sometimes I really can’t catch up/it is a challenge to keep up with the trends and new technology development. For example competitor brands they use all kinds of stores. Like, NIKE is has a new innovation house in Shanghai, using all new things that I have never heard about it incredible new technology. To catch up stay ahead of / keep up with the latest trends, I am subscribing have subscribed to some magazines and I read articles related to innovation and technology. Also I‘m trying to attend those forums and conferences related to new retail. At the end of last year, I opened, we called it Smart Store in Shanghai, it was my first retail marketing project in china. I corporate coordinated with a Taiwanese technology company for AI devices and interactive screens and built designed / created  a new type of concept for the store of Inns free. I want to be Brand Manager, in charge of whole integrated brand marketing strategy including retail and advertisement and digital marketing, and online and ecommerce. I want to have ownership of the brand and lead their brand strategy in China.
