Since we got some complaints from overseas counterparts about the schedule of our consol mapping is not sensible. That means from the cutoff date to ETD date is too long to accept. After worked with Michelle, we set up some columns on the previous sheet. Then it is clear what we will do during the cutoff date and ETD date.

Enclosed updated consol mapping, we added delivmery time from SHA to CGO/Arrival CGO warehouse time,/export declaration date/ULD build up and delivery to airlines date. Pls help to check if there is anything unreasonable or incorrect then we may revise it.

After discussing the issue with Michelle, we added some columns to the previous spreadsheet in order to highlight all the things we do during that period.

Enclosed, please find the updated consolidation mapping, to which we added

• The shipping date and time from SHA to CGO;
• the arrival date and time at CGO warehouse;
• the export declaration date;
• and the ULD build up and delivery date and time to the airline.

Please help us check if there is anything unreasonable or incorrect, so we may revise it.
