Dear Bruce

Actually our current proposed FOB charges are the minimize selling rate which is near our net cost, so there are no more buffer. Compared with our current tier3 tariff which would be offered to RFQ client 250 tons+ yearly, there is only CNY200 difference between our current fob charges. shall we have some proposed cargo volume from ZA in advance? Then we could set up fob tiers based on cargo volume, which would be in a safe way to protect our benefits.

Dear Bruce,

Actually, our current proposed FOB charges are the minimum selling rate, and are very near our net cost, so we don’t have any more buffer. Compared with our current tier3 tariff, which would be offered to our 250 tons+/year RFQ clients, there is only CNY200 difference with our current FOB charges.

Shall we ask our ZA team to send us the proposed cargo volume in advance? Then we could set up FOB tiers based on cargo volume, which would be a safe way to protect our profits.
