Vocabulary

Jerk (n): 1- a stupid, bad person, usually a man.
E.g.: You stupid jerk! You’ve just spilled beer all down my new shirt!

When it comes to…. (id): 1- used to identify the specific topic that is being talked about

Original:

I am a sales man with almost 18 years experience. I want to talk about what are important things of my job and which one is the most important.
Obviously, the most important thing is Product Quality. PQ is the precondition. No quality, no product. I think PQ should be including raw material, production quality, test reports or approval, easy using or installation and after-sales service.
Enough stock and delivery time are the second important condition of my job. They are always together. Customers wouldn’t often wait for a long while due to tight deadline.
I think relationship with customers is the third important thing in my work. Customers are emotional human. a customer always has a favorite brand in his/her mind with or without saying it. To build a good relationship with a customer and keep it and further strengthen it is very important for a sales man.
The next important factor is Price. Lower price can provide more competitiveness. It can hit our competitors directly and get customers’ attention. But in fact, no one wants to wage a price war.
Finally, MarCom is importance. It is good for our brand and sales.
