Vocabulary

Time-consuming (adj): 1- A time-consuming task takes a lot of time to do:

Create (v): 1- to make something new, or invent something.

Creation (n): 1- the act of creating something, or the thing that is created.
E.g.: She was responsible for the creation of a new product.

Creative (adj): 1- producing or using original and unusual ideas.
E.g.: a creative person/artist/designer/programmer
E.g.: She’s the most creative designer we have at the company.

In the past two years, the investment of CCTV&PSTV were increased more, in the same time, rate cards were increased year by year.
As time goes on, local rate cards were increased not obvious, it’s the best time to invest local channels.
Compared with pictures and words, Short Video’s content are more plentiful.
Mobile user are increased more and time fragmentation is their property. Short Videos are more suitable for users habit.
The popularity of authoring tools makes video creative more easy.

In the past two years, there was an increase in ad investment on CCTV and PSTV. At the same time, the rate cards for  both central and provincial channels have been increasing year by year. On the other hand, rate cards at the local level have had a lower increase, which means that it’s the best time to invest on local channels.

When it comes to mobile platforms, short videos are a more plentiful  / popular / suitable / preferred kind of content than pictures and text. Time fragmentation is an increasing phenomenon among mobile users, and short videos are more suitable for such habits. The popularity of authoring tools makes video creation easier.
