Speaking exercise

Original:

During Labor holiday nothing special happened, but I attended a wedding. The wedding in the beginning of the holiday, and after that I had a test. It was about my driver license, because it will be over the deadline, so before I have the new one I have to have a test. But it was weird, I didn’t pass it, because I didn’t wear my glasses that day. I had five days holiday, and come back to Shanghai on May the 2nd.

During the Labor Day holiday nothing special happened, but I attended a wedding. The wedding was in the beginning / on the first day of the holiday, and after that I had to take an eye exam / sight test  for renewing my driver‘s license. It will expire soon, so before I have the new one I have to take a test. It was weird. I didn’t pass it, because I didn’t wear my glasses that day. I had five-day holiday, and came back to Shanghai on May the 2nd.
