Original:

Today I got a call from a chemical company. The recruiter of that company asked me to answer his question in English and the question was about the process of doing a budget. I answered that before I doing the budget I need to ask our sells team to get the beauty advisor’s head count for new year. After I got that head counter’s report I will combine our beauty advisor’s yearly salary for several items. And after that I will get the average amount of the items I need, then I will put the beauty advisor’s head counter into the Excel for our new budget. After that, my boss will discuss the new budget with our general manager, then they will do some adjustment for it.

Today I got a call from a recruiter from a chemical company. He asked me a question about the budgeting process, and told me to answer in English. I said that before doing the budget I would need to ask our sales team to determine the number of beauty advisors they would need for the new year and combine this report with our BAs’ yearly salaries and other benefits. After  determining the average cost for each one of these items, I would put everything into an Excel spreadsheet and calculate the new budget. Then, my boss would discuss it with our general manager, and they would make some adjustment to it before approving it.
