Speaking exercise

Original:

I think my favorite Chinese festival is Spring Festival, because during Spring Festival we cook a lot of food, so I like to it, because my favorite food is dumpling. And I like this festival in my childhood. I think it was more like a real festival, because all my families do the traditional things, such as cooking at home and all of us gathering together and have some fun activities, like play Majiang or have some family show. But now I think all the Chinese festival is becoming boring and all the festivals relate to money, less thing about people.

Edited:

I think my favorite Chinese festival is the Spring Festival. I like it because during those celebrations we usually cook dumplings, which are my favorite food. I liked this festival even more in my childhood. I think during that time it was more like a real festival, because my entire family used to do all the traditional things, such as getting together, cooking at home and having some fun activities, like playing Majiang or having a family show. Nowadays I think all the Chinese festivals are becoming boring because they’re all about money, not about people.
