Vocabulary

Publicity (n): 1- the activity of making certain that someone or something attracts a lot of interest or attention from many people, or the attention received as a result of this activity.
E.g.: He attracted a lot of adverse/bad publicity with his speech about unmarried mothers.
E.g.: Her first novel was published last year in a blaze of (= with a lot of) publicity.
E.g.: We have planned an exciting publicity campaign with our advertisers.
E.g.: The publicity generated by the court case has given a welcome boost to our sales.

Colony (n): 1- a country or area controlled politically by a more powerful country that is often far away. 2- a group of animals, insects, or plants of the same type that live together.
E.g.: Australia and New Zealand are former British colonies.
E.g.: Many behavioral patterns have been identified in the chimp colony.

Chimp = Chimpanzee

Original:

Last week I got three job interviews, but I turned all of them down because they are not actually what I want to do. I have been studying sketching for some time and I was encouraged by my family to practice it more and to make it a job in the future. I think I have some talents in sketching and I will put much efforts in it and I have found a dream for myself!
