Speaking exercise

Original:

My best friend will hold a wedding in October. I am a braidsmaid take part in her wedding. I have eight weeks left. As a braidsmaid, I don’t know how to do something, because it’s the first time for me. I think the ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend is a sensitive topic in wedding. If I join her wedding I must make my days off together. I think it’s a trouble because my leader will disagree. Luckily, my coworker will help me. Now I think I will buy ticket to my hometown, but I don’t know that I should buy a specific date.

Edited:

My best friend will get married in October and I am a bridesmaid. I have eight weeks left to prepare myself for it, because it will be my first time as a bridesmaid, and I don’t know what I’ll need to do. If I want to attend her wedding, I will have to take many days off in a row, which I think it’ll cause me trouble because my boss will disagree. Luckily, my coworker will help me, so I think I will buy the tickets to my hometown soon, I just don’t know the specific date I should book them for.
