Internet is very convenient and useful in our life. We use it everywhere and everyday. I think we in the morning society we can’t live with it. It help us a lot and takes convenience. We often buy something from the internet and do a lot of service or other things there. For example, I bought three pairs of earrings on Taobao last week, but two pairs of them were broken. I was very angry about it. I contact with the seller, but she didn’t reply to me. Then I called the system service for help. The guy was very nice and was ready to solve the problem . We are on the checking with each other. The seller attitude was very bad. She still didn’t revert to me, so I planned to call the service again.
