This week I had to make a proposal for a coaching program for our client. I had never done it before and therefore didn’t know much about this subject, so before I started, I tried to figure out what kind of materials I could use as reference. After that, I talked to my colleagues about  the process of coaching and who can be a coach and checked the pricing of previous coaching programs done by our company. In the process of doing it, I learned a lot of new things about the subject, such as our company’s coaching methodology, and how to design a program that would meet our client’s expectations. Now I understand the process better and I have also learned how to use our pricing calculator, and practiced my summarizing skills. Today I finished the proposal and sent it to our managing director to review.
