Vocabulary

Sleeve (n): 1- the part of a piece of clothing that covers some or all of the arm:
E.g.: short/long sleeves
E.g.: The sleeves are too long for me.
E.g.: You’d better roll your sleeves up or you’ll get them dirty.

Tank top (n): 1- a type of shirt that covers the upper part of the body but not the arms. A sleeveless t-shirt.
E.g.: It was really hot, so he decided to wear a tank top and shorts.

Jersey (n): 1- a shirt that is worn by a member of a sports team.
E.g.: He was wearing the Brazilian soccer team’s jersey.

Clairvoyant  (n): 1- a person who says they have powers to see the future or see things that other people cannot see.
E.g.: She went to see a clairvoyant who said he could communicate with her dead husband.

Soccer (n): 1- what Americans call football.
E.g.: Mark plays soccer every week.
