Vocabulary
Infinitive (n): 1- the basic form of a verb that usually follows “to”:
E.g.: In the sentences “I had to go” and “I must go”, “go” is an infinitive.
E.g.: “Go” is the infinitive form.
Maritime (n): 1- connected with human activity at sea.
E.g.: Amalfi and Venice were important maritime powers.

Capable (adj): 1- able to do things effectively and skilfuly, and to achieve results:
E.g.: She’s a very capable woman/worker/judge.
E.g.: We need to get an assistant who’s capable and efficient.
Capable of sth/doing sth: 1- having the ability, power, or qualities to be able to do something:
E.g.: Only the Democratic Party is capable of running the country.
E.g.: When she’s drunk she’s capable of saying (= likely to say) awful, rude things.
E.g.: I think your plan is capable of being (= could be) improved.
