Rampant (adj): 1- (of something bad) getting worse quickly and in an uncontrolled way:
E.g.: Rampant corruption is one of the main obstacles to the country’s development.
E.g.: Rampant inflation means that our wage increases soon become worth nothing.

E.g.: Disease is rampant in the overcrowded city.

Accountability (n): 1- a situation in which someone is responsible for things that happen and can give a satisfactory reason for them. (adj: Accountable)

E.g.: The public has been demanding greater accountability from lawmakers.
