Vocabulary

Experiment (n): 1- a test done in order to learn something or to discover if something works or is true:
E.g.: Some people believe that experiments on animals should be banned.
E.g.: Scientists are conducting/carrying out/doing experiments to test the effectiveness of the new drug.

Cure (v/n): 1-  to make someone with an illness healthy again.
E.g.: Drugs are being developed to cure some types of cancer.
E.g.: The medicine won’t cure her – it merely stops the pain.
E.g.: Scientists are trying to find a cure to the HIV virus.

Pharmaceutical (adj): 1- relating to the production of medicines:
E.g.: The pharmaceutical industry is often criticized by the public for their apparent lack of interest in actually curing diseases.
E.g.: a pharmaceutical company/product/journal

Previous (n): 1- happening or existing before something or someone else:
E.g.: The previous owner of the house had built a pool in the backyard.
E.g.: Training is provided, so no previous experience is required for the job.
E.g.: He has two daughters from a previous marriage.

Elaborate (v): to add more information to or explain something that you have said:
E.g.: She said she was resigning, but refused to elaborate on her reasons for doing so.

Elaborate (adj): 1- containing a lot of careful detail or many detailed parts.
E.g.: You should wear a plain shirt with that skirt – nothing too elaborate.
E.g.: They’re making the most elaborate preparations for the wedding.

Grammar

When I graduate from school there are an opportunity about an American food company and it was about HR. – When I graduated from school / university / college / my bachelor’s, there was an opportunity for me to work in HR at an American food company. 

I like working for a medical company. – I would like to work for a pharmaceutical company. 

My own thinkness. – My own thoughts / ideas.

Some problem I do not think about them when I design a strategy and my boss will talk to me about these problems and we will improve our strategy. – There are problems I don’t think of while creating a strategy, and when my boss points them out I have to make changes / improvements to the work I’ve done.
