Vocabulary

Backyard (n): 1- a small space surrounded by walls or a fence at the back of a house, usually with a hard surface or covered in grass.
E.g.: The house has a small backyard, surrounded by a high brick wall.
E.g.: The kids were playing in the backyard.

Detergent (n): 1- a kind of soap that is used to wash clothes, the dishes, etc.
E.g.: I’m using a new kind of detergent that removes even old stains.
E.g.: This new laundry detergent leaves a very nice smell on the clothes.

Floral (adj): 1- made of flowers, or decorated with pictures of flowers:
E.g.: I just bought a new blouse (衬衫) with a floral pattern.
E.g.: This laundry detergent smells very floral.

Today my coworker tell me she wants to leave after Chinese festival. – Today my coworker told me she wants to leave after Chinese New Year / Spring Festival.

She with another coworker they unhappy and she told me in this company because with my boss, but my boss leave, so she want to leave. – Her and another one of our coworkers have been unhappy at this company. She told me that the reason she was still there was because of our boss, who she really liked. Now that our boss passed away, she wants to leave.

I sad because we work a long time. – I’m sad because we’ve been working together for a long time.

We same family. – We are just like a family.
