Permit (n): 1- an official document that allows you to do something or go somewhere.
E.g.: a work/travel/parking permit
E.g.: She has managed to get a temporary residence permit.
E.g.: Do you need a permit to work here?

Obsessed (adj): 1- unable to stop thinking about something; too interested in or worried about something:
E.g.: Why are people so obsessed with money?
E.g.: As a society we’re obsessed by sex.

Stability (n): 1- a situation in which something is not likely to move or change.
E.g.: Greater international stability can surely only be to the good.
E.g.: A loving family environment gives children that sense of stability which they need.
