Lukewarm (adj): 1- (especially of a liquid) only slightly warm:
E.g.: This coffee’s lukewarm.
E.g.: People say drinking lukewarm lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning is really good for your health.

Raw (adj): 1- (of food) not cooked
E.g.: Eating raw food helps balance your body and aids digestion.
E.g.: Peppers are usually cooked with other vegetables or eaten raw in salads.
E.g.: Prawns are grey when they’re raw, and turn pink when they’re cooked.

Digest (v): 1- to change food in your stomach into substances that your body can use. (n: Digestion)
E.g.: How can you expect to digest your food properly when you eat your meals so fast?
E.g.: I’ve always had trouble with my digestion – I think I don’t chew (嚼) my food enough.

Dessert (n): 1- sweet food eaten at the end of a meal.
E.g.: For dessert there’s apple pie or fruit.
