Vocabulary
Safari (n): 1- an organized journey to look at, or sometimes hunt, wild animals, especially in Africa.
E.g.: He went on a safari in Namibia (纳米比亚) last year.
Hostel (n): 1- (also called youth hostel) a cheap hotel for young travelers, where rooms are often shared.
E.g.: I stayed at a great hostel in Paris.
E.g.: Staying at hostels is not only good because of the price, but it also offers great opportunities to meet other travelers.
Bunkbed (n): 1- two beds attached together, one on top of the other.
E.g.:The twins sleep in bunkbeds.
E.g.:Can I sleep in the top bunk?
Widow (n): 1- a woman whose husband or wife has died and who has not married again.
E.g.: As a widow, she had to raise her kids all by herself.
Widower (n): 1- a man whose wife or husband has died and who has not married again.
E.g.: He’s been a widower since his wife died last year.
